Abstract

This paper describes the strategies implemented by Universidad Iberoamericana to address educational challenges in the post-pandemic stage, meet new emotional and learning needs, and leverage lessons learned in recent years. It highlights the attention given to academic lag and the socio-emotional needs of students and teachers. The strategic use of technology and the importance of continuous teacher training are emphasized to adapt to new educational dynamics and propose innovative actions that promote students' learning and holistic development.
